Bacofoil Refillable EasyCut Cling Film Dispenser with 10m Starter Roll

Easy to use and you can cut just the right amount off.

Fairly substantial cling film cutter. Nice clean cut. It's a bit fiddly to pick up and restart once the film has been cut but very good apart from that.

So much better than the dire card packaging that comes with standard supermarket clingfilm that just breaks well before the clingfilm is exhausted. Also, this is "proper" clingfilm that sticks, not like the watered-down stuff (though I understand from reading other reviews, it's PVC based, which may or may not be an issue to some).However... Whilst it's a better design by far, it's not perfect. When you press the lid down to cut the film, you have to then open the lid and try and "pinch" some of the roll in order to pull more out. It would be better if the cutter was in a different place to make pulling fresh clingfilm out easier. It's also quite bulky - this won't fit in my kitchen drawer, so check measurements if you don't have a shelf you can store this on. And finally, the supplied roll was very small in total length and quickly ran out - you can't put your supermarket rolls in as it's designed NOT to fit them - so do order replacement Bacofoil rolls at the same time.Overall in view of the improvements over the card boxes I have struggled with for years, I'm happy.

My god I used to get so frustrated getting clingfilm unwrapped, I'm sure you all know what I mean. This dispenser is a god send as it cuts cleanly and when you come to use it again, the end of the clingfilm is neatly stored under the lid and easy to pull free when you need it.You do need to use their refills and they are quite pricey but it is good quality film. found that Dunelm had the refill packs cheapest.

Man kennt es ganz gut, immer Probleme mit der Frischhaltefolie. Sie wird nicht richtig geschnitten oder abgerissen, man zerrt daran und zum Schluß verklebt das ganze. Hier ist es ganz anderes, man zieht die Folie raus, knackt den Deckel zu und die Folie ist gleichmassig und sauber über die ganze länge geschnitten. Den Typ habe ich von meine Kusine in England bekommen, die den Bacofoil EasyCut schon seit Jahren benutzt und immer noch damit zufrieden ist. Von mir klare Kaufempfehlung.
