You won't regret these
I ordered a pair of Gatorz and found them to be over priced, delicate lenses and deplorable customer service. I then took a chance on these Outlaw glasses and damn am I impressed. The quality and performance is a game changer. They are built for all day use and don't fall off while leaning over, the fit is perfect after customizing they are great OSHA rated safety glasses and look killer. Now let's go over customer service. THIS COMPANY KNOWS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVISE IS. I had an issue with the stem to frame connection so I called them and got ahold of Mike. The guy is a rock star and I wish I could hire him away from outlaw. He had me ship them back for a small repair and instead of fixing them her sent me a brand new pair. I have nothing but great things to say about Mike and Outlaw. They are the best tactical eyewear company on the market hands down. If you're wasting your money on Gatorz or any other brand I encourage you to give Outlaw a shot. You, like me won't be disappointed.

Fantastic
These things are great. They fit well and are adjustable, they're super sturdy, and the transition lenses work far better than I thought it was going to after the warrantless reviews about the transition. No, these aren't the darkest glasses you can get, but they get dark enough to comfortable shoot in the Las Vegas desert. Plus, they're look really good.I was pretty confident after ordering it and then reading the reviews that I was going to return it, but after finally testing it while shooting, I'll be keeping these and they'll be my SHTF eye pro.

Solid frames create pain under muffs
These frames are solid aluminum. They are thick and non-flexible. The temple pieces will create pain points in the sides of your head in very short order when using over the ear hearing protection. Gel pads didn't make difference. The frames are simply too rigid. This also leads to the pads not sealing well where the frames pass under. This let's noticeable amount of noise into the cups

Great product for shooting glasses
I have purchased a few different sets of glasses for shooting all of them have been plastic lenses , I was not satisfied with the clarity, felt it was imparting my vision . I purchased four different pair of inexspensive glasses .I purchased these they are a high-quality frame and glass lens that changes from light to dark depending on the environment outside there a great pair of lenses . If you like the style they could also be worn as sunglasses on a day-to-day basis . originally didn’t plan on spending this type of money for glasses to use at the shooting range, but I feel now that there are a great value and would purchase them again and recommend them to other people

Gatorz comparison - all the function/style half the price
Purchased one pair of Transition shades and one pair of Polarized shades to replace a few scratched sets of Gatorz. Both came in identical pouches with a molle attachment and place for a morale patch. Pouches are cool, velcro is a nice addition. Both fit and feel the same when worn on the face, comfortable. There is a bit of flex at the ear stalks when you take them off. I imagine this is an engineering choice so the fasteners don't loosen over time (as compared to Gatorz, which don't flex at all and do loosen). Both sets of lenses were clear and undistorted to look out of.For the transition shades, they barely block any light, even with extended exposure to the sun. It felt more like I was wearing clear eye protection than sunglasses. For the polarized shades, they function well and do what sunglasses do. No need to over-complicate it, they're sunglasses and they work.Recommendation to buyers: Don't get the transition lenses unless you're looking for barely tinted clear lenses or a manufacturing revision makes them better. The polarized shades are almost half the price of Gatorz and function just as well.Recommendation to manufacturer: Since these are aluminum and your target audience is LEO, Fire, Military, Bikers, etc; I would recommend a laser-engraved line with the American flag in red/blue/green line or other patriotic iconography.

Tough, Sleek, Comfortable, Effective
The build quality, clarity, toughness, sleek look, and field of view are all superb on my polarized model. They are a bit heavier than most other sunglasses, but more than make up for the difference with their toughness. Work great for me day to day, driving, on the range, and for any other applications where sunglasses and/or ANSI Z87.1 glasses would be helpful. The tint is not extremely dark, dark enough to make most daytime conditions in Central Texas tolerable with minimal squinting, but not dark enough to completely curtail the oppressive sun in a summer midday. This makes sense, because they're designed for prolonged duty wear, where darker lenses would make many of the lighting conditions throughout the day too dark. The depth of the tint is a happy medium in my view, but if you're looking for extremely dark glasses for the brightest of bright days, these won't be that.

Buyer beware... no free returns.
I bought these through Amazon because the seller's website has a fee for returns and I wasn't completely sure I'd like them, so I figured free returns through Prime was the solution. When they arrived, I took them out of the box, put them on and walked outside into the sunlight for and stood still for 3 minutes waiting for them to transition to sunglasses. I wasn't satisfied with the darkness of the tint so I put them right back in the box and taped it back shut for return... seller marked them as damaged upon return and fleeced me for $19 to try on a pair of sunglasses. The damage claim is an outright lie, seller couldn't provide proof of damage or even any specific claim as to what was supposedly wrong; just said "unspecified damage to product or materials." The $19 damage fee just HAPPENS to be the same as the restocking fee the seller charges through their website... complete lack of integrity. On top of that, the frames feel like they're from a Hollywood movie set... feels more like a costume than a usable pair of glasses. Fits awkward, sits high on the nose and is uncomfortable. Not worth the risk of buying to try on.
