I love this lunchbox. I was surprised at the quality and size when I opened it the first time. We have used it nearly a year for daily school lunches. It is roomy, insulated, and sturdy. It has held up well from the constant use, being taken in/out of backpack, etc. The cover on the handle has just started loosening on the end recently, but it doesnt compromise the handle itself. By this time in the school year, lunchboxes I have owned are looking pretty beat up or rip. Not this one. I love the mesh pocket inside to hold a small hand sanitizer, napkin and a few snacks. The inside cleans easily, just make sure to get into the cracks for all the crumbs, etc. I hand wash with dishsoap and water and hang to dry when it needs it. All around, this is the best lunchbox I've purchased over the years. I highly recommend.

EDIT*** Updating my review because customer service is AMAZING! They offered a replacement, but since I had already purchased something else I declined. They were highly communicative and willing to fix the issue.—Original Review—Handle ripped within the first week week of use. Not happy.

Lunch box is a little larger than I was expecting. Materials seems to be good quality. Zipper works well. I like that it has the clip on the handle.

The zipper got off track right away but I was able to fix it. Only reason not to give 5/5 stars

The lunchbox itself is nice & big which I love! However, we’ve had it right at a month & I’ve already had to sew BOTH sides of the handle back on. Frustrating to have spent the money to end up having to repair it twice in one month.UPDATE:After leaving a two star review because of the handle I had to repair twice, the company reached out offering to refund the purchase in which they did. So while the handle still left much to be desired, the customer service was fantastic! Because of this, I’ll give the product a 4/5

Daughter loves her unicorn and rainbow lunchbox. Seems pretty robust and shows no signs of fraying or rips. A couple punctures inside the reflective fabric inside the lunchbox. But we only use ice packs to keep food chilled.

Just as pictured, very cute, perfect size, and has all the little pockets you could want. My daughter loves it!

Lunch bag arrived promptly and it’s a great size for both my daughters lunch (fits her “Yumbox” plus several other items), and my own (I ordered one for each of us). It keeps food cold all day, our ice packs are often still quite cold at the end of the day. The main compartment holds a lot of containers/food. Unfortunately, the mesh bottle holder on the side of my daughters bag already has a rip in it, and I haven’t even used it for anything yet 😕...I tried to put a mini water bottle in this morning, and noticed the large rip. I read other reviews that said the same thing, so I wasn’t overly surprised. Other than that, I’m pleased with the bag, but buyer beware, the mesh pocket is quite weak, so don’t plan to use it for much...I might just cut it off the side of the bag now.

Very sturdy and easy to clean. Plenty of room for snacks and a Thermos. Good quality for sure.

Excellent lunch box. Very spacious, can fit a lot in. Good handle and useful side pocket for drink. Insulation keeps food cool for a long while and handy pockets. Nothing I don't like
