Easy to install, very sturdy. Too bad my cat never used it. Put treats on it, catnip, put him on there when birds and squirrels were outside and he would always just jump right off. Showed him how he could jump up to it from the top of the couch. Tried different windows, different heights, etc., and after 2 months of him not using it, just took it down.

I bought this bed thinking that it would be great for my cat to watch the birds from. When we installed the bed we followed the instructions carefully, but every week after that it has dumped my 17 year old cat on the floor, terrifying him. THE SUCTION CUPS DO NOT HOLD! We are very dissatisfied with our purchase, and have tried to fix the suction cups multiple times, but nothing has worked.👎👎😿

This system buckled while my normal sized cat was in it and he limped for a little while as a result of the fall. I followed all the instructions perfectly and it still failed. This is a horrible and dangerous product!

I *really* wanted to like this, but despite cleaning the windows and cups, it wouldnt even hold itself on the window, let alone the weight it claims on the box and my girls are little, less than 8 pounders. Definitely returning it.

I liked this, I thought is was super cute, matched our decor, and didn't make our house look like a cat house. Our cat is older and it was hard for her to get up to the bed. I hated to return it, but she's an old fatty :)

I have a different brand that works very well but this one did not stay stuck to window and also flipped out of hooks a couple times.

I have to return it. The suctions are falling off several time everyday, no matther how I cleaned my window and the suction pads. One time two of them fell when my kitty was there and he got so scared. He is 10 pounds.

Worked great for a month but now it won't stay stuck to window 😡
