Evening 1- based on some of the reviews, I took only 1 pill. The next morning, I had minor cramping, but no bowel movement at all. Evening 2- took 2 pills. More cramping, but had a bowel movement later that afternoon. Not a big fan of the cramping. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water. Anyway, I'm going to continue to try this for a few more days and provide updates. Hopefully, this does what it states it will do and I can give more stars.UPDATE. 3/12/18- 2 smaller BMs, later in the day, yeaterday and larger one before noon today. No cramps, so far. I did weigh myself after the 3 BUms, yesterday and was down 1lb. Will provide another update, by end of this week 3/16/18. I really want to give this product a fair review.UPDATE 08/02/20 Over 2 years later and I decided to try this product, again. Changed my rating, because it really has helped me with the "blockage" issue. My preference is to take every other day. You may need to find the dosage that works best for you.

This was a fairly easy to do colon cleanse. 15 days of 2 pills by mouth each night before bed woth 8oz of water is all it takes! While I personally didn’t experience any weight loss, I do notice that my clothes are fitting better and that I feel a bit less bloated. My stomach isn’t in constant turmoil like it was prior to the cleanse either. Seems to work pretty nice!!My only suggestion to those who wish to try it is that you try to eat a bit cleaner. The first couple days I ate like “normal” (which my current normal is not clean) and it wasn’t a good time! A little crampy and lots of trips to the bathroom.

On my 2nd night with taking. 1st night I only took one pill. Especially after reading other reviews on the potency of them. Had 1 small BM that day with a lot of bubble gut going on. The 1st day of taking made me very sluggish. I literally slept most of the day. Great thing I am a stay at home mom. Will keep posting as I progress on through these 15 day. Took 2 pills tonight hoping for better results.

I have tried a lot of colon cleanses and this is the first one that works on the first dose. It does its job! I would give it 5 stars, but only gave it 3 because I did get cramps with this (even by using one tablet) and I think for me it was a little too potent. I would like to try same formula with a little less potent dose. I couldn't do the 14 days in row because it was a little too much for me.

I don't normally write reviews this quick, but this stuff is great! I take medication that causes severe constipation with very few successful BM's every few days. I've tried all of the "gentle" laxatives out there, milk of magnesia, fiber, etc. The store bought laxatives just dehydrate me and I feel like I'm dying in the bathroom. I get plenty of fiber in my diet but after a few days my body gets used to it and I'm back to square one. I took my first pill at bedtime last night (after reading prior comments saying one was more than enough) and I'm glad I didn't take two. I woke up around 7 with some mild cramps (which I expected because I'm very backed up) , but more the urge to go than anything. It's now 10am and I've had 3 very successful BM's and I already feel much more energetic and less bloated than I usually do. I know my body has a lot of nasty junk in it and I'm more than confident this product will fix that!

I have been using these for a week and they really clean you out! Very powerful! I am almost 300 pounds and dose says 1-2 pills a day at night. I figured 2 pills would be appropriate for me because I weigh a lot. Holy heck! I was on toilet all day and had stomach pain all day. The next several days I only took 1 a day. Still worked very well and was able to go to work and function... but still had to use the toilet every few hours. Luckily, bathroom breaks were quick as sludge was released quickly. One night, I forgot to take the pill and was still using the bathroom the following day! 1 pill lasted for 2 days! These are very strong!! I lost 5 pounds in first 2 days and no longer feel bloated. I do worry about people half my weight taking 2 pills.... you will be in agony.... only take 1 pill.

Didn’t work for me and cramped up my stomach. however, There customer service makes me give them 4 stars. I greatly appreciate the time they took to contact me and apologize for this particular product not working for me.

Super strong, if you are looking to cleanse, 2 pills and 3 maybe 4 hours later you will near bathroom for a few hours. I took for 2 days in a row then took day off.
