Works as advertised
Not sure how you could mess up using this, if you know how to do a push-up, it’ll work the way it says. Good for the money, wouldn’t think to do most of the placements it has without it.

Helps my wrists
After I broke my wrist as a kid it was never quite the same doing pushups which was a bummer as I have always felt they were one of the best exercises. This board relieves pressure off the wrist and gives me better form. Great tool for the cheap price.

Does what’s it supposed too
Works out the targeted areas great, I work out everyday and this made me sore the day after use highly recommend plus it being foldable just makes it more convenient for storage/travel
