RGB Water Fittings- Amazing, but needs refinement
I really wanted to give these fittings 5 stars. But the controller box is the reason I cant. They also need to add a second twist of threads, to allow multiple alignment angles for cable management.Installation wasn't bad. Add a slight camber to your tubes, and I used some white mineral oil to slide them over the o-rings. Like others have said, the wires are small for the LED rings, but I didnt have any break. Just take your time and be methodical.I would recommend double fittings, even on short runs. As they arent the brightest. Mine is with straight distilled water, and i loose color a few inches in on most runs. Swapping to Paxel White fluid would have better results, but I like to see whats going on in my loop.Cable management.. is doable. but keep in mind, you are adding alot of wires to manage and deal with. Front side isnt bad, with a little work to align everything facing away, but the back, is just alot of wires. I have 12 fittings daisey chaied to a single controller without any noticeable brightness loss. I just really wish we could syn with the motherboard on a addressable rail.As far as leaks go, I have had zero issues with them leaking. Just double check the o-rings seat well when setting them up. I had to wiggle a few back and forth to get them to reseat as the second one liked to slide, but mineral oil does help alot.

I’ve yet to work with any other product that so easily lights your tubes
Thermaltake’s RGB fittings are one-of-a-kind. I’ve yet to work with any other product that so easily lights your tubes. These fittings are great. But, there are a few things any potential buyer should know. (1) Cable management. Each fitting is wired, requiring the installer to plan, route, and hide six additional wires in your build. Also, it can be difficult to screw in the fittings so that the wired connection faces towards the back of your build, rather than be visible through the glass. To an extent you can get around this by trying several fittings in any spot, with hopefully one coming tight with the wired connection facing the back; (2) Fragility. You need to be careful working with these fittings. It is remarkably easy to tear the wire from the fitting. This happened to me and I was unable to repair the fitting; (3) Visibilty. These lights are bright and the brightness is controlled by the remote. The light carries well through the tube in straight pieces and slight curves. The light will not carry, however, through sharp turns and dissipates with distance. Success with these fittings requires keeping your tubes as short and straight as possible.

Great product, few problems.
Pros: these fittings are well made. The lights are bright, easy to use, and the leads are quite long, with enough length to get all around my full size tower. With each lead having a built in extension socket, no PWM splitters were needed. The lights look quite spectacular when used with opaque coolants.THE BEST: quite attractive lighting, and the Brass fitting bodies can be painted to match any build.Cons: the wires cannot be unplugged from the fittings, and are very delicate, so installation must be done very carefully. They have no internal swivel, so if the fitting bottoms out with the wires facing in an unwanted direction, you will need “creative cable management” to hide it/them.THE WORST: there are only 6 fittings in the package. Even the smallest system needs 8; (2-radiator, 2-pump, 2-CPU, 2-GPU), requiring me to purchase 2 boxes.Even with the few cons these fittings have, they really light up a case well, and have not had any leaks. I will be buying these again for future builds.

Please see my update!
I’m a first time loop builder so these were a BAD idea, The two o rings are a pain to get into the tube even if it is chamfered. This is especially the case of you are working in your case or a tight space. The cables are also really fragile. Also, the fitting cover will scratch the heck out of the tubing. They look great but looks for this pain is just not enough for me to recommend these fittings.UPDATE:These fittings aren’t actually too bad, I just wasn’t sure what I was doing when I write this review. I redid my loop with these fittings and it was fairly easy. As other reviewers said, don’t sand down the pipe but give it a nice smooth chamfer. I use the Thermaltake tube bending kit.The dual o-rings are pretty good. I honestly feel confident that my system will not leak so long as both of them are deep into the tube.My biggest gripe is the cables now, but that’s a hard thing to knock for RGB lighting.

cool alternative to dyed coolant
The media could not be loaded. I wanted my new water rig project to be colorful; but did not want to put in colored goop that would bake to my cooling blocks/ make it difficult to change colors. These fittings are great!Pros:double o-rings hold up well; no leaks on first attempt building a water cooled rigreally beautiful colorscan daisy chain multiple leds off the same controllerCons:Works better on shorter, straighter tubes. Can't go too crazy with bends/ best to use lights either end if you do.Bought 2 sets; one of the controllers did not work (-1 star)/ fortunately could chain all 12 lights to remaining controller.Hope you enjoy cable management ;)

Plenty of color options
Works good does light up the whole tube with light brighter by the light source but that is to be expected. The color mode works great you press and hold the button to change the color and it will gradually change through multiple colors. The reason for the for Star is the tubing is only retained by o rings it doesn't get pressure fitting like the original fittings that came with the cooler kit. I have had no leaks but it worries me that it might I have a lot of money in my system to get shorted out by a water leak! Hopefully this doesn't happen. Other than that I really like it

Really cool idea but poorly executed
They are decent fittings and the RGB is awesome (could be brighter though) however so many wires it's very hard to cable manage in a smaller case. Not software controllable which is pretty ridiculous if you think about it, considering all the other rgb stuff that is out now that is(even thermaltake stuff) the fittings are not compression fittings at all so that's bs advertising. The tubes just slip over 2 orings and are secured by those do to friction. There is a cover that looks like it would compress the tubing but that's just it it's only a cover and doesn't compress anything, the tubes can be pulled out even with it fully tightened. However the fittings do work and I didn't have any leaks. I wouldn't recommend if you move you're case around alot. Now for the RGB , the RGB wires that are Solderd to a RGB chip sit under the orings and those wires are extremely fragile, even the slightest tug on them could cause them to fall off, be extremely careful or you will end up with a fitting not being lit like I had. Overall they work ok and look great but I would not buy again. Also just to note the fittings are huge compared to actually compression fittings. Its muched appreciated if you found the review to be helpful, to hit the "helpful button" below. Thanks

Look super cool. Work great.
They're very good and look great too. They will light up your tubing to some degree in some short lengths. I took a star off because they can't be controlled from software, only from the buttons on this box and the options are very limited. Also they use those awful Molex 4-pin power connectors which no PSU has 6 of them to use anymore, so make sure you have enough power connectors or converters. They do look super cool.

beautiful but hard to install
- hard to install but I found a trick: with a heater, I warmed the end ot the hard tube. Then quickly I put them in place and screw the fitting, as the tube is still warm and soft, i could manage to insert them easily.- Beautiful light but not strong when using with RGB fans. On one of my picture, I set a green light, but the blue of the fan are stronger so we do not see them much. but it may create cool effect (with the base of the tube being a different color and the tube an other one).Setting them the same color than the fan, it's really a winner. Like a neon effect.- With white coolant as I did, the lights are more visible when the hard tube is turning. With transparent one, it's visible on all tube.I put 4 stars because when installation is finished, it's clearly beautiful and I forget the pain to install them. For the quality: I bought 2 boxes (so 12 fittings), they were all in good condition and were all working fine.

Worth it for the look
Waiting on rad so haven't leak tested yet.Fittings are a bit finicky to put in to the block with the LEDs but once you get it in the look is worth it.

Awesome product, just be careful when installing
Awesome product, just be careful when installing, make sure the wire is in the right spot or you can tear it
