NECA Predators 2010 Movie Series 3 Action Figure Classic Predator Masked

I recently received this the past Friday. Well as usual first off . . . Paint. It's pretty good on this guy. They make his metal parts look very washed and cool looking. The netting is lined very well surprisingly. The hands are painted different than the other Classic Predators. The mask is painted EXELLENT right down to the three dot laser aiming (painted red) to the little scuff marks on his forehead!!! Oh and the bones on the strings around him are also painted a nice boney color. The sculpt is pretty good about 4 stars. They capture all the fine buttons on his wrist computer and the bumps and grooves on the laser cannon. The armor is also very well sculpted. But the bones around him are nothing like the prototype. The articulation is pretty good everywhere but the arms. He has ball joint feet, single peg knees, slit thighs, slit hips, slit lower body, a ball joint neck, a ball joint cannon, single peg shoulders, single peg elbows, and ball joint hands. Theres no accesories here unless of course you count the removable back pack. This is my sixth predator in my collection so far. I have an open mouth classic predator on its way. OH I forgot to mention some people have been complaining about the left arm breaking, Well I played around with mine and it didnt break!!!!!!!!!!!!

This figure looks fantastic. The sculpt is perfect and the paint is pretty good. Other companies never quite got the Predator's likeness like NECA has. Unfortunately, these figures are notorious for breaking the moment you open them. I have a small collection of NECA figures and this is the only one that I've had issues with. I always assumed that other buyers were being too rough, but now I know better. This guy's arm broke at the elbow as soon as I got him. I can see that the elbow peg had an air bubble in the the plastic, so it was super weak. I barely touched it and his arm fell off. My first instinct was to return it, but I contacted NECA and they are sending me a replacement arm (free). They said they have spare parts for this figure because so many customers had the same problem. I haven't yet received the arm, but I trust they'll keep their word.Overall, the figure looks awesome. He was definitely expensive ($25 on Amazon), but actually finding one for $16 at ToysRUs is nearly impossible. He probably isn't worth $25, but I'm a HUGE Predator fan so I had to get him. Once I get the replacement arm, I think I'll be very happy with this figure.

Lots of detail! Got this for my girlfriend(she love the movie). This will go on her work desk to ward others off! He looks really cool, we love the shoulder plasma cannon and of course the wrist blades are there too.he is really poseable and even has necklaces built from trophy bones!

I bought this Predator figure for my son who is obsessed with the Predators Movies. It said on the site to make sure we looked over the figure while it was still in it's package to make sure no parts were missing and nothing was broken because they didn't accept toys that were open for exchange or reimbursement. This was extremely hard to do but we looked it over as best we could. When we opened it we realized that one of the hands was broken but it was broken at the wrist which pointed away from the front of the package. It wasn't that big of a deal because the hand stayed on well anyway. I don't think the figure was meant for playing with but my son is 9 and he isn't going to keep it in the package. He mainly poses it because has a shelf he has dedicated to Predator memorabilia and posters. The wrist blades broke off within 3 days and the plasma caster broke off also that happened with in about 10 days. My son wasn't very worried about these pieces breaking off because now it looks like he has customized it in his own way. Bottom line it's not meant for playing with only for collectors who keep them in the box and don'tbring them out. But my son LOVES it. It was our first Predator purchase for him as they do not sell these figures at many stores in our area. All in all my son is happy so therefore i am very happy!!!!!!!!! I am sure there will be many more purchases for predator figures in our future! My only warning is you can't possibly check your purchase over adequately if you can't take it out of the package so be a little wary of that and try to look it over as thoroughly as you possibly can!!!!!!!

I bought this figure for my son for Christmas. It arrived promptly, great service from the seller. My kid opens it on Christmas...all is right with the world. Then, he removes it from the package, which was questionably held together with tape. Within 10 seconds the left arm breaks at the elbow joint. I thought wtf did my kid do already??? He says, "I took it out of the package and the arm snapped off." Can we glue it? Nope. Did it maybe just come apart at the joint? Nope. Busted. Broke. Never to be attached again. Poor Predator...now an amputee. So I return the broken one and Amazon gives me a refund right quick. Off goes the refund to purchase another one in hopes of the first one just being a freak of predator nature. Guess what?? The EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED WITH THE REPLACEMENT. Just like Ground Hog's Day. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Broke in the exact same spot almost immediately after taking it out of the package. So, sending the second one back and will not be buying another one from this manufacturer. Apparently they make their toys from the dried, brittle bones of gnats and glue them together with freeze-dried bee pollen.Lame. Totally lame.

This is a very detailed figure, but sadly, the arm broke off before we even got it completely out of the packaging. My son was so disappointed as he was extremely excited to add this to his collection. We could not find the same figure for sale for the price we paid for it (paid $25 and now can only find for $35), so we thought about super-gluing it together, but I can't even get the arm to fit back in the socket. Do not waste your money on this. Like I said, it is a very cool, detailed figure, but very cheaply made.
