Santander Choc Bar 70% Drk

You would not want to buy this unless you were a fan of dark chocolate. Fortunately, I am! This is a very intense dark chocolate for its percentage of cacao. You would imagine it to be around 75% with so much flavour and so little sweetness. Pronounced tobacco, leather and cherry/redcurrant notes. Good "snap." Long finish. I think it represents excellent value at this price point. It is my favourite "table chocolate" but I would still prefer one of the grand cru by Bonnat for indulgence. I've cooked with this chocolate (chocolate fondant, etc) and it does give a very impressive and distinctive result.

Delicious dark chocolate bars. Love these and was glad to find them online here, since my local store stopped carrying them.

Very tasty chocolate.

Do not buy. The chocolate is great but THREE TIMES the chocolate came with 1/3 missing from each bar and also chalky. Had to return. Had to switch to another chocolate seller.
