I was a person that woke up every two hours. Not until I began using Chill&Drift is when I began to sleep all night. Heads up to whoever has the same problem I did. They did not seem to work for me. They are not tablets, they are capsules. Also I placed some of the powder in some water and the white powder turns black when wet. Why is that? Not something I'm comfortable with.
