Great for your eyes,
My eye doctor recommended this product. Wish it was a bigger bottle so I wouldn't have to buy so often. Very small and easy to swallow.

Not as good as AREDS, maybe
I don't think this is as good as the original formula for me. I can't be certain. I do have a degenerative eye disease. No eye Ophthalmologist has ever suggested I take this (only an Optometrist). AREDS works well for me, very well. With AREDS2 I have to eat a lot of carrots to make up the difference.

GOOD FOR THE EYES
6 months ago my eye doctor told me to take these because I have the beginning of MD and my last checkup showed that it was not getting any worse yea!! It has a lot of the vitamins that I already was taking. So, I was able to cut down on the number of pills I was taking. easy to swallow & no taste.
