Riesa Spaetzle Noodles With Real Egg, 17.6-Ounce Bags (Pack of 12)

Picked up the spinach egg noodle and the wild garlic. They tasted absolutely terrible and the kitchen smelled terrible as well I have not tried the plain egg noodles though, hopefully they will be better

I found a few bags of these at Big Lots and they are awesome!! I wish I would have bought more. I add 8 chicken leg quarters into a roaster with garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, sand and pepper, a minced onion, and 2 diced carrots, and about 6 cups chicken stock. Cover the roaster and place it in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Remove the roaster from the oven and pour a whole bag of Riesa Spaetzle in the roaster (UNboiled) and move the spaetzle around to make sure it's pushed into the broth as much as possible, and place back in the oven for about 20 minutes. Check it in 20 minutes and move the noodles around again it not quite soft enough. Bake another 10 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes!! YUMMMM

for years i have been making spaetzle from scratch and this is a messy job but now i just boil the riesa spaetzle and enjoy the same great taste without the mess.With the free shipping it's even a better deal.+

I have made my own for years,and I love these saves a lot of hard work when you don't have the time and want spaetzle,got a bag for my sister and my brotherinlaw thought she made them from scratch.....
