Good light, easy to hook up, really bright, Sadly the photocell not working , always on, even after swapping the covers, going to 3d print my own, see if that helps

No mater which electric eye cover I use The unit it comes on 2 hours before dark & stays on 3+ Hr. after morning Daylight! and also came on today with just a little over cast 1:00 pm still flickers on and off! My old incandescent one still worked perfect at dusk and dawn as it should, I bought this because I like the LED & I like the color, I believe I have a defective unit?Power consumption notice: with the light off it still pulls 1.1 watt when not shining (I am ok with that because the eye needs some power to operate) and only 60.3 watt when the light is shining, I got the55 watt is just the right amount of light for an average front of the house, I ALMOST bought the 100 watt and glad I did not order that one,,, If you have about a football field long front or back yard then 70 or 100 watt should be good,I hope the seller will correct this problem if not then I will be forced to purchase an aftermarket add on electric eye AS SEEN LATE PICTURE ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,or a timer device ;-{
