Keep Pets Off of Your Furniture! (Black)

Light weight. Easy to extend or collapse at any section of your couch. You can just move it over a little to sit down. In this way it still keeps dogs off of the unoccupied area of the couch. Flexible like a caterpillar - my couch has a 90 degree curve in it. You can either push the ends down into couch or lay the ends kind of over. I thought it would be more like a spring to keep it in place. Glad it ISN’T. Easy to use. Has kept the dogs off so far. I really like it!!

I ordered these to keep the dogs off of our leather couches after one of the dogs tore a seam. They set up quickly and neither dog (both 70lb) have even tried to get around them in 2 weeks.One note is that the initial chemical smell is quite strong. We have a small parrot and not knowing if there would be issues we opened them in a different room and let them air out for a few days. Given how strong the smell was in that room, I'm glad we errored on the side of caution.

I was coming up with schemes to install fences to keep the dogs away from the couch, but this is so genius bc it's lightweight, folds and tucks away in seconds. I have two dogs and they were so bummed to have lost their couch that I went and bought them thicker dog beds. It's pricey for the design, but honestly the person who cane up with this deserves to be a millionaire, so happy to contribute to that and keep my couch for humans. If you don't have 50 bucks to spend, the basically have a foot sized patch of velcro attached to either end and a thinnish cloth covered rigid material that just tucks into the couch cushions. Could probably make a DIY one for under 15 if you are clever.

We bought these because my senior dog had acl surgery and shouldnt be jumping up on the couch. She still thinks she's young so she will try. We don't want her to hurt herself when we arent home. Before we found these, we were using chairs and furniture to block her access and it was a pain to do everyday. These are much easier, look nicer, and store away much better. And we can take them with us when we travel or someone else watches her. It's the perfect solution. Only downside is I felt a certain way about paying $100 for 2 of these. I really don't think they are worth that much. And I think they charge that much only because people need this solution. I personally think the price of one should be what it costs to get 2. Just sucks that people like me who really need this, have to pay that much. 😅

Enter the Couch Defender! It opens in one second. Super easy to set up. When we put it away, we just collapse it and slide it under the couch. It resembles a giant slinky.Our days of battling dog hair and all kinds of canine substances on our fabric couch are gone. We can leave the house with the new leather couch knowing dogs will not jump on it.One of my best purchases in the last few years!

Finally an easy way to keep the dog off the couch. Takes seconds to set up and then folds and stores under coffee table easily when we don't need it.

I have two Golden Retriever's. The older one listens and will stay off of the furniture. The younger one is stubborn and does not listen very well. I recently purchase leather couches for my living room and knew that I needed to do something to keep her off the furniture. This was the perfect solution. I ended up purchasing two more sets-one in brown and the other in black. They are now on every couch (3) in my home. This really has been a game changer!
