I always cramp horribly the day before and first day of my period. These make life so much easier. They're hard to find so I'm glad I found a multi pack on here.They stick well, they're perfect sized, and help ease the pain so I can work or deal with the family as needed. They last nearly 6-8 hours before I either need to change it out or just use a normal heating pad. It was a good value for the price, I just wish they could get a little hotter.

Been using these heating pads for years and they’ve always done the trick for me. I tend to suffer from horrible cramps while on my period. They get hot right away and I mean right away. You can literally feel the heat of the pads through any material. That includes jeans. They’re comfortable enough to the point that I forget I’m even using one unless I start rubbing my lower stomach and then feel the heat. The only downside is that they’re not sticky enough to STAY stuck on undergarments. Other than that, these do stay very warm and relieve pain for the 8 hours as stated on the packaging.

Firstly, I cannot recommend heating patches enough for when you are sore or having cramps but still need to be active and go about your life and for traveling. They lay unnoticeably under your clothes and provide pain relief for hours without needing to be with an outlet, have access to batteries, or have a bulky water bottle. The simplicity of them is genius.Secondly, is no other heating patch on the market that works as well as Thermacare's - and I've tried them all. They work the longest and provide the best heat while not shifting due to friction or movement.I love the menstrual ones but I like their neck and back ones for other types of pain - and the difference in design is actually noticeable it's not just the same patches with different sizes and shapes, they're suited to the pain types.

I’ve been at work all day and, per my FitBit, I’ve walked almost 4 miles around the hospital. This thing is STILL WARM. Wished it stuck a little better, but definitely still worth it. Never going another cycle without these.

I couldn’t be happier with these heating pads. I wore one in front and one in back and I slept through the night better than I ever have on “day one.” The heat is extremely soothing. It really helped relieve my cramps and get things flowing. Best, the pads stayed hot for a long time; it’s been 8 hours and they’re still hot. They’re also thin and easy to hide under your clothing. So glad I found these - they really help!

Absolutely love these. Easy to carry in a hand bag or back pack. Work exactly as they should. Have and will continue to buy.

Expensive but would still buy

These have made my most painful time of the month bearable. It gives the right amount of heat and is enjoyable. It helps ease the pain and it easy to apply. Only thing that would make it better is if the size was a bit bigger.
