I am am insomniac and have been using a teaspoon’s worth on each foot every night. I just pour it in my hand and massage in on the bottom of my and in-between toes. Instantly relaxes my nervous system and I put it on maybe half an hour before bed and I’m sleeping soundly. I also run the excess on my arthritic knees, as I’m an avid hiker I have a ton of sore muscles. Also, relieves my pain. The American diet is so magnesium deficient that I’ve noticed I feel restoration in my body. During the day of I’m anxious I’ll put a little in the bottom of my feet , or on pressure points. Just a dab. If you’re worried about the slight sticky residue, after 20 mins once is as dry as it can be you can rinse with a warm towel or just in warm water. I personally just let it sit overnight and rinse in the morning. This review is descriptive because I appreciate when someone else gives me direct examples of how to use and what a product does for them. Seriously, 100000/100 review. A little goes a long way. 😊

I ordered this after watching a review online, I have suffered from a Magnesium deficiency for years! Ive even had a frozen shoulder for a year, and after going to several health experts, I decided to take a Magnesium pill, which melted my frozen shoulder. but I still suffered with migraines and muscle cramps. I first heard about Magnesium oil on TikTok, thought I would purchase it here on Amazon. I read that it helps you sleep, so I thought I would give it a try. It did not disappoint at all! Also helps with aches from hiking. 10/10 recommend this product!
