Not durable for younger dogs who like to chew!!! The collars are sufficient for my use. The vibration works great and the tone is loud, I do not have the need to use shock function at all. The biggest issue I have with this product is that if the collar becomes damaged, there is no replacement for it and the device will not fit anything else! So after getting them, training my pups, one of the pups chewed off the other one's collar...so that's it, if I want to use this I have to buy it again.

The best part that I like is: two devices come with different color, so I can easily tell which is which and you can gave different setting on them. because my 10 months puppy has way less tolerance than my 2 years old. I don't want put the wrong collar on & hurt him, at same time the other one just jump up & down, don't even notice what's going on.Hope that will help someone.

We needed a new shock collar since my dog ate her old one... Bought this double pack one for my female and one for my male.... Worked until we took it off to charge and then never worked again... It'll charge but it doesn't make sound, vibrate, or shock... So it's just a collar...

We got 2 German Sheppard puppies at the same time for our granddaughters. One is a challenge, been there done that. 2 at the same time was crazy. Never used a training collar before so finding this one with 2 was great. They work great and were pretty inexpensive.

Great price with great features but unfortunately first time dog went into water it quit working Grrrr!!

It is decent for the price. It does not reach 1640 away. If there are walls or trees ect between you and the dog the performance is not good. It is waterproof.

The battery on the collars does not last more than a day or two when not in use. Either the receivers on the collars or the transceiver on the remote is not very strong, I get less than 50' of range on the collars.

These collars deliver a decent shock that isn't harmful to your pet but definitely gets their5 attention. My dogs now come to me when I say their name the first time. Great battery life as well.

My order arrived very fast with clear instructions, very well presented.Charging the collars as I write, can't wait to test them out. (On myself first, of course)
