total garbage
one week with this and I've ordered a different one. Life is to short to deal with equipment like this. It uses the obsolete rubber o ring seal. Turning the water on can require anywhere from a 1/4 turn to a full turn which is just irritating. What is unacceptable is that you can set it a perfect temp and it will suddenly get hotter or colder depending one which valve decides to open or close. If you seldom use your sink this may be ok for you but we use ours constantly and cannot use this faucet.

Not Complete and needs extra seals
I can't believe what a lame piece of crap this faucet is. This faucet is not complete. I bought it because it looks cool, but it doesn't come with the straight pipe thread nipples or nuts that you need to mount the faucet to the back splash bulkhead. The instructions say "supplied by others". This stuff is hard to find so hopefully you have an old faucet with the mounting parts that you need. Also, the threads that connect the swivel fittings to the back of the faucet aren't long enough and you have to go buy extra seals so you can stack them to make it seal.

Incomplete Product
Everything seems okay, but it doesn't come complete with a required seal. Without it, water leaks from the base. I'm not sure if this is a defective product or intentional. It's also hard to find a seal for it since it has to come pre-installed. If this can be corrected, I'd be happy to update my rating and review.

Defective Faucet
Bought this faucet with the ACE 1 Stainless Steel tub. It did not fit the tube holes. Plumber had to go to Home Depot and buy another faucet that would fit -- took hours. What should have been an afternoon plumbing job turned into a two-day job. Returned the faucet.

Buyer beware! If you are ordering the 8" spout ...
Buyer beware! If you are ordering the 8" spout version you will receive the 12" spout. I ordered this faucet two times and received the 12" spout both times. My sink requires the 8" spout length.

Just what I oredered

Unreliable unit
It worked as intended for the first 3 months. Then the washer for the hot water started to wear, making it harder to turn the water off. Now, every 2 weeks i'll need to replace the washer. It's a big hassle if you work in a kitchen. Would not recommend this to for commercial use.

Cheap and not worth the money
I bought this in February and installed in March. By August the cartridge was having issues, metal in the cartridge was broken and the o “rings” were damaged. Plumber could not fix and had to buy a complete new facet.

No mounting gaskets
It's a nice faucet, but doesn't come with the gaskets for mounting it. I found out after it arrived that I have to source them out and order them separately.Otherwise I would have given it 5 star
