Okay but..
Mount broke while putting it on my bike but the lock is all right( UPDATE: I just received two spare mounting brackets free of charge!) Thanks Guys !

The key tumblers stop working on this lock
Not worth the money! I bought 4 for my bikes, 2 broke 5 weeks after purchase, the other two haven't been used yet and won't after today. The key tumblers stop working on this lock and you're forced to break the lock to get your bike back. Luckily these locks are easily broken with a simple car jack, it only took me a few seconds to rip the bar from it's casing and reclaim my bike. Do your self a favor and invest in a better lock.

This lock adequately secures your bike. It's a good size, and I like the cover to keep it working. However, my key would no longer turn the lock after only about three weeks of use. I was obviously upset, but I saw that SafeBest 100% guaranteed their locks, so I emailed them and they issued me a full refund AND sent me a new lock, with speedy shipping. Great customer service, and an ok lock, I just knock it a star for breaking in the first place.

Does exactly what you need it to do
The bike lock works perfect and has kept my bike safe in Detroit so far! I like the cap that goes over the key insertion site because it has kept the lock from getting dirty or rusty.

The item arrived very quickly, and I used it for a few days. Then, one day when I was securing the lock, it broke and wasn't able to be locked again. I will be returning the bike lock.

Excellent Item!
Very nice product. I don't have a bicycle, I have a motorcycle. I use it to secure my helmet! A pocket knife can disable the normal helmet locks by cutting the straps. Not on this!

"SafeBest Bike Lock" - Quality is questionable...
This item arrived to me with an issue. The thin grey plastic collar that is around each hole for insertion of the "U" was already cracked/chipped. I also noticed that the fit of the "U" into the main locking unit was very loose. There was a lot of slack/looseness in the connection, when locked. I did not feel safe using this to secure my bike. I returned the item without even considering using it. I spend a few dollars more and got something of higher quality.
