Chef Knife Set, hammer-forged kitchen set with micarta and whitetail deer antler handles and red cedar knife block!

Description

This unique chef knife set of kitchen knives is professionally designed, handcrafted and hand hammer forged by SW Gallagher. All blades are hammer forged from 5160 alloy Spring Steel. 5160 spring steel is a great knife making steel due to its durability and edge retention qualities . Handles are constructed with hand made camo burlap Micarta and Whitetail deer horn from Northwestern Wisconsin. All heat treating and tempering of knife blade are done in house . Custom Knife block is Eastern red cedar harvested from a wind damaged tree near Nashville Tennessee. The custom designed red cedar block has bone/antler feet. Blade sizes as follows: Cleaver: 6" Chef: 9" Prep: 6" Paring: 4" Fork: 7" (from tip to handle) (Set is custom made to order and may vary slightly from images.
