I bought this dotted heart tutu dress from Cutie Pie Baby with the intention of giving it as a showergift. However, when it came it was to cute to give away so i kept for my daughter that is due in October.The dress material is soft and slightly stretchy. The tutu part is tulle so you'd expect that to be stiff and scratchy but it's really not. It's actually two layers of tulle, unlike the single layer that it seems to be in the picture. So when you unpackage it and poof it up - it's super fluffy. The stitching is even with no missed stitches. The seams are all even and flat so they don't scratch. I am very happy with this dress and will definitely consider buying from this company again.I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.

This is a really cute tutu dress by Cutie Pie Baby. I really like the color scheme with the light pink and blues. The tutu skirt is pretty full and there is also tulle on the cupcake design. I ordered this dress in a 6-9 month size and it fits my 6 month old about the same as any other name brand 6-9 month outfit. There are snaps at the back and the crotch to help get the dress on easier. It is basically like a onesie with an attached tulle skirt. The tulle is a softer variety and shouldn't cause any irritation. The onesie part is made of organic cotton. I have to confess that this is the first time I get something online that is better than it looks in the pictures!I absolutely fell in love with this dress the moment I opened the package!The fabric is very soft and nice to the touch.The colors are bright and delicate at the same time!The tutu is the cutest thing ever!I bought it for my niece but I got it a little bigger so I could be sure that it would fit.
