The coffee really doesn't have much Irish cream flavor and the coffee favor is very, very mild. I even tried the espresso setting hoping less water will help. NOPE. I want to return the product with their satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, it's not very clear how to return the product. It just tells me to refer to the Amazon.com Return Policy. When i try to follow it i get the following message: "This item isn't eligible for return." How do I return this product?
