I would not recommend this. I bought it fir my grandsons to do one the summer with me. The entire box has a very musty smell. I unwrapped all the items and took them out of the plastic bags. That dudnt help. I put everything in the hot 92 degree sun for hours. It did not help. I may have to return it. Everything is now sitting in the garage becayse the smell is awful.. We are very disappointed 😞

Definitely worth buying if you have little ones. Tons of fun and learning ...learning patience with my kids that is. Lol

My 9 year old son is very curious about how things work and likes building things and coming up with inventions. This set has a great variety of materials and projects that are great for kids to learn about various scientific and engineering principles. This set is a nice balance of being simple enough for a kid, but not so simple that it isn't interesting.
