This is the best. When you fry with butter you have to keep adding. This is done so well that you don't have to add nearly as much and the flavor is fantastic. I'm on my second jar this month and I have trouble using other oils because of the flavor enhancement and cooking ease of this Ghee.

This is the best Ghee that I have found. I've read of it being grainy and that really hasn't been a problem for me. I noticed it with one jar of it and it didn't affect my use or the flavor.

Great value and absolutely delicious. I'm on KETO and when you put a dollop of this on poached eggs on ham...OMG! Then there's cauliflower, broccolli, it's a blessing! And this is a two pound jar. Unbelievable value! I'm coming back for this when it's time to re-order.

Great for cooking! Creamy, fluffy and adds delicious flavor. My only complaint is that the narrow jar opening makes it hard to get out of the jar.

A fine ghiu, tasty in a large mugful of cream of wheat with a sprinkling of black Himalayan salt on top along with a dollop of cream: heaven on a cold winter's night!

The flavor of this Ghee is Ok, the grainy texture before heating is offputting to me. A minor defect is the lid, it will not stay secure even when tightly twisted. Maybe its' just this one lid, but I'm afraid it will make my jar spoil much faster.

Beast tasting ghee ever, I'm guilty of eating it right off the spoon, I can't get enough!!!
