Bill Ding the Original Balancing Clowns

This is a great set of wooden blocks. Many ways to rearrange them, builds science & math skills, helps with understanding spacial relationships and balancing. Hours of fun!

These are a great little walk down memory lane. I got these for my older kids and grandchildren to play with and experience on Christmas day in the deluxe set and played with them one time for myself. After I wrapped then and sent them off to the kids, I decided that I had to have a set of my own so I got the smaller set. They were great when I was a kid and they're still fun now. Thanks for the fun. Given the interest in good hand eye coordination the company should advertise and start making them again.

I played with these when I was a young boy in the early '60's. My grandfather kept them in a box under a little bunk bed I slept in when visiting him. I don't know what happened to them after he passed away in 1976. They were the only set I had ever seen until I bought these and I will admit, it put a lump in my throat when I opened the package yesterday.I have grandkids of my own now and I plan on keeping these in a box at home for them to play with. Hopefully they will bring them great memories like they have me.

I had these as a kid in the 60's and remember playing with them endlessly. Now that I have a new grand nephew, I wanted to get him something that was easy and fun. These arrived and as soon as they did, I opened them and was transported back in time. They are well made and such a fun, easy toy. Nothing to put together, no hard to figure instructions..Just a great toy to keep imagination alive.

We received our first set as a gift and quickly grew to love it. Bought a second set so everyone in our family of four (including a dexterous 1 and 3 year old) can get a chance to add to the elaborate stacking structures. Great "coffee table" game - leave it out and you won't be able to leave it alone! My sons also think the clowns are great action figures for train rides and going on adventures with their dinosaurs. Love giving this as a gift as everyone always likes it, but it is not sold commonly in stores.

Got this smaller set first to see if grandchildren would like it. I had one as a child and found myself pulled in to the play with them. These seem to be nearly exact matches to my original set pieces (that survived :) although another set that was not an exact match also worked well with these. Good manipulative toy with some challenges and room to grow.

I bought this for a 4-year-old, but his 6-year old brother played with them more. Loved them. I ordered another set so they would have more to build with. Blocks teach them to "balance" with like colors (although they don't have to) and use imagination to make different designs.

Nice toy for Scouts. Working on our Webelo Scientist Achievement and these will help with center of gravity and balance.Word ta ya mutha.
