Amo el producto, es muy práctico, sin embargo daría un consejo, de pronto no leí en las instrucciones y por eso sufrió un pequeño daño, no se le deben de colocar líquidos calientes, porque sufre una leve deformación. Por lo demás, me encanta

As others have pointed out, it's not really for travelling as it's not a closed lid system, but when used as part of the busy morning breakfast routine, it's working out perfectly. I also need to give a shout out to the exceptional customer service from this company. We had an issue with the first cup we received, and after contacting the company through Amazon, they responded very swiftly and with a full resolution to our issue. Honestly, it's been years since I've experienced such good customer service from a company, so thank you for paying attention to the full purchasing process! Would highly recommend.
