Follow the recipe exactly. If you get it right it works well. If your batter is too runny it will not work correctly, if its too stiff you will struggle to eject the batter. Theres a technique that you need to get a feel for. Oil the inside of unit before filling with batter. Wipe base with hot cloth after each donut is dispensed. Frying oil (not olive oil) should be 180 - 190° & flip them over after couple mins. Practice makes perfect, don't give up because when you get it right, its easy to use & the donuts are divine!
