Readiris Pro 15 PC DVD

First of all, let me say that this arrived in a sealed package around the DVD so I know that it is brand new. In order to use the product, you need an activation code. Inside the DVD folder is a label with a serial number and ReadIris information, but no activation code (see photo). I tried entering the serial number three times in the activation code field on the opening screen and was told that it was incorrect. Upon further investigation on the ReadIris site, it said that the first screen should have been on asking for the serial number and that would generate ReadIris to send, via e-mail, an activation code. That was impossible since the first screen immediately asked for the activation code. I used ReadIris's site to explain the problem via their chat window and a message came back that there was no representative available, but they would get back to me via e-mail. Nothing arrived.I truly believe that this is not the seller's fault, but rather ReadIris's and suspect they want to sell their product directly via a site download at a much higher price.

I could not install it. I e-mailed the seller - he said call the manufacturer. I e-mailed the manufacturer. No one has helped me install it. This is a total rip off. It is certainly not how to run a business. I am still looking for help!
