We bought these to secure our trampoline so it doesn't become a frisbee when we are having straight line winds. So far so good, out trampoline is still int he same place. Great product

We live in a crazy windy area. Have had micro-burst down-drafts blow HVACs off their pads etc. So creating a cover to shade the garden means you can't just rely on two ends tied to the fence. We have to do 360 tie downs. Tried these for the first time. A week later the anchors are still flush w the ground etc.Used a cordless impact driver w a socket set to drive the stacks. Super easy thanks to the D-Ring that drops out of the way.Going to use the longer version of these to anchor our shed against high winds! Will leave a review/edit this one afterwards.

These spiral ground anchors appear to be very heavy duty. Please note that the tip is VERY sharp.We are using these ground anchors for a trampoline, which we move around the yard every time the lawn is mowed, so these are going in and out at least once every weekAs you can see in my photos, I wrote "17MM" on the plate to remind me of the hex bolt size. Most of the time I use the included bar to twist the anchors into the lawn but when the bolt loosens from the plate the anchor can only be driven in using a wrench or socket to twist the bolt.It is nice to be able to use a cordless drill with a socket to place these into the lawn, but I rarely do because it is a hassle to get out the socket set.Reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 stars: - When the bolt becomes loose from the top plate it must be re-tightened before using the included bar to drive the anchor in or out of the ground; this is very inconvenient - Rust is already forming where the top plate and loop meet (see picture) - Paint is chipping from the included bar, which might eventually lead to rusting

Used as dog tie outs for tiny dogs. Definitely overkill for them but I bought these for their low profile. I’m sure they’d work great for tents and other heavy items. These were easy to install and very sturdy.You can adjust how deep they go. Ours are mounted under-flush to the ground to avoid lawnmower blades.Great product!
