Not happy about this item. I used it once and went to use it again and it won't turn on I've charged it and it doesn't even turn on. It's junk.

I was so disappointed. The video demos helped determine what temperature my hair needed. However, even after charging all night, heating up to 300 required all of the life in the battery. So once it actually got to the correct temperature the battery was dead and could not actually be used. It cannot be used while plugged in so there was no way to use it. I repeatedly 1) charged to a full charge 2) set settings to 300 and waited 3) watched the battery drain while it warmed up to 300 4) unit beeped to indicate it reached the preferred temperature (took just a few minutes) 5) did one curl, which worked, and then battery was used up and it died and cooled down again. There is literally no way to actually use the unit I was sent. 😢

Is easy for use and the curly is cute, but the product don’t hold a charge at all, so I had to stop and charge a few times and start again 🥲

This would be a great product, the curls are beautiful and long lasting. After the 5th use the battery no longer stayed charged no matter how many times or how long I let it charge...:( I am tired of trying to get it to stay charged. My recommendation would be to get a similar product with a return policy.

Plugged my device in to charge before use like instruction say. Within 20 minutes started smelling something. I found the device starting to melt. Not sure if it's just a defective unit or if anyone else has experienced this. So i git a replacement for the 1st one that melted. The 2nd one hasn't melted but it doesn't stay charged. My hair is shirt, just below my ears. I can't even get half my hair curled before it shuts off. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

it is the first time that a hair curling product delivered on its promise! 3 days later and my hair still looks like I had a professional blowout!
