Wooster 5231-2 Series 5231 2" Gold Edge Angle Brush

You can get a nice cut in line with this brush. I usually by the silver tip version. This Gold Edge brush is a little stiffer. Not sure it it was the paint/pigment of the paints I was using but the brush got really stiff and unusable fairly quickly. Did not last as long as the silver tip. I buy brushes often as even an expensive brush wears down and looses it's cut in line just as fast as these. I might get a month or so out of a brush.

I have been using Wooster Brush brushes for years! I would say 20+ years! I have NEVER had one lose bristles…..NEVER; that is until now. Painted my office and while cutting in on the first coat I started losing bristles. I switched brushes, same problem. Good thing I purchased multiple! Lesson learned!

I paid extra for a high quality named brush. It continues to shed bristles. Not impressed!

Very versatile and my go-to brush. Firm and holds paint well. Washes up well and can use multiple times.
