This product received four stars because it was an average of my family's reaction to the taste of these pretzels and how Amazon dealt with the situation.Taste: 3 Stars While these "extra dark" very burnt flavored pretzels were not to my family's liking, they may be perfect for others. The description of the product does say burnt, and that caught my attention because members of my family squabble good-naturedly over end pieces, crusts, and well-done food. (Unusual I know, but each to his/her own.) The taste was just too burnt for us.Amazon: 5 Stars I was concerned that I would have to write this off as a bad purchase loosing the money I had spent. When I contacted Amazon, as always their representative was courteous and helpful. He stressed that Amazon stands behind what it sells and wants its customers to be happy, he issued me a full refund, and since it is a food item, I did not have to return the unopened bags. (I'm going to donate the remaining bags with a note on each bag stressing the "very burnt" taste.

Liked the efficiency and will use product for snacks!
