It's a really good post partum griddle. I wear it since day one after having my baby. Very hard to put on at first because of the inflammation but it really helps. You notice desinflamaron in the next morning after you wear it you continue seeing Day by day how it helps with the progress. Before your 40 days, you have it fully adjusted and it fits loose. It really does help to wear it. I. My first pregnancy I didn't wear it and my tommy stayed more loose and I didn't look as good as I did after using this griddle on my second pregnancy.

The size was too small and I am running your of time. I'm having surgery in about 5 days and I ordered it with plenty of time.

I need to return it. Did not like it.

Have worn this for all my four children and it very helpful.
