This product is amazing, fish oil itself is pricy but this one is the most potent for the price. Dr said I had high triglycerides and this product lowered them to green healthy levels, Along with a combo of other things like less carbs and exercise, but for sure this helped the most if you read the science. Would recommend if you Don’t eat fish, lack omega 3’s or for sure if you have high triglycerides. Also easiest pill to swallow!

If you’re wondering if it’s bovine or porcine gelatin. They said they use bovine for the most part but when there is a change in the supply chain. They do swap over to porcine. Knowing this I wanted to get a refund and to my surprise the kind lady was so understanding and patient with me. Answering every question I had and reassured me of my refund and concerns.

Its is kinda hard to evaluate something like this, but the product appears to be what it says. Fast shipping, all the capsules are in good shape (not stuck together or leaking). No strong fishy smell, fairly large capsules but not difficult to swallow.So all in all I think this is a good product and will continue to use it.
