Delivering your product by bald eagle was a nice touch.My uber-manly face mane is thick and somewhere between a wire brush and a locust tree as far as porcupineability. It goes where it will and does what it wants- no matter how many times I tell it to just lie down and be quiet. Among the domesticated canines of chin crops, mine is a wolf with schizophrenia and a rusty pocketknife.I don’t care for beard oils since I, as any real man does, smoke a pipe and I always feared that my beard would explode sending beard shrapnel into innocent bystanders. I assume that this product will not do this. I will however try to avoid the flame when my muzzle lashings are lubed up.The product is a little hard and will take a little digit friction to get it to soften up enough to get it onto and into your mug forest, but once it’s there it whispers quieting words to the savage cheek weeds lulling them into submissive capitulation that lasts until you wash it out or your beard eats it.Overall, I’d have to rate it at 5 honey badgers.

I've tried a few products that claim to be similar to this Beard Balm, but none have performed nearly as well. After just about one week of use, I noticed my beard was slightly softer and far better conditioned. Using it near daily since the beginning of 2018, and after a shower and a quick comb, it's great at styling my beard and keeping my mustache under control without going for a heavy unpleasant wax. The fragrance is quite light, which is fantastic - other products I've tried can have musky strong odors which become bothersome shortly after application.Pro tip: If your eyebrows get a bit out of control like mine from time to time, take the residual balm that's on your hands after beard and mustache styling, and do a quick wipe or two on your brows. Keeps them in line throughout the day, and you get consistent conditioning with ALL of your facial hair.

The product worked fine but smelled like petroleum, not sandalwood, much like when a gas tank overflows. I used it twice and then threw it away. It didn't help that the description and directions were beyond precious.

I hate to not leave a five star review because my results may be inconclusive as far as where to place the blame, but I think a three star review is pretty accurate. I never had an overly dry beard before using this product. I went years without applying anything to my beard outside of regular ol shower water. On a whim I decided I'd try and see what the fuss was about in the hipster community about beard oils and the like. I bought this beard balm as well as the same company's beard shampoo and conditioner and started using it. Like most people, the scent of the balm was a little off-putting but eventually it kind of grows on you.The reason for the three star review... I've noticed that if I use this product, say, yesterday, and then today I don't use it, my beard will get severely dry and begin to smell like burnt hair. I really can't attribute it to anything else because I'm not doing anything else or anything differently to my beard other than applying this product one day and the next I don't. In all of the years I went without using any type of product in my beard, my beard has NEVER smelled foul, nor has it ever been at a point that I could be sitting here and noticeably smell it. In all of those years my beard never felt dry. Now if I go a day without using this product my beard smells like burning hair and feels incredibly dry. In my mind, all the evidence points to the product. Maybe it conditions the hair in such a way that the hair, I dunno, gets "new life" and ultra moisturized and then when you don't use it, the beard gets extremely dried out because those nutrients aren't present anymore. I'm just guessing, I don't know the science behind it. I just know that if I don't use this product daily my beard is severely dried out and smells awful, and it was never like that before using the product.

As a guy who has struggled with a thick/curly/wavy/difficult beard for years, I has given up hope on finding a solution for my constantly cracking, split beard hair. My beard was honestly dryer than a nun in a desert. But then I came across this miraculous product and my life has become exponentially more enjoyable.My follicles no longer hurt from pushing out these tree trucks I call beard hairs. My beard feels lush and healthy now rather than course and cracking. But the best part of this product is that it doesn’t feel greasy and oily like other products I’ve used.If your face is in constant agony from the sheer level of testosterone that our beard produces, I highly recommend this balm. Seriously.

It showed up a day early so I was already impressed. Then I used it! This is the fourth product I have tried. All the beard balm's I have tried are nice but they're only for conditioning the beard hair. I needed something to actually style my beard hair. Unfortunately for me I had to go to hair pomade. That worked very well but was very very thick and gummy if you didn't put it on just right. This product is absolutely perfect because it's thickness is in between the regular balm and a pomade. Now I can comb my beard in place without it feeling like I've got Vaseline petroleum jelly on my face.

I be had my beard for three years tried multiple beard balm and this by far is the best one I’ve bought. My skin already use too get very dry and itchy. Now wearing a mask around all the time has gotten worse but in the 2 days I’ve used it works really well. Plus you can really smell the scent of tea tree oil which I like..

Most Beard Balm I've purchased has the texture of hard butter. You can run your finger over it a couple times and it softens enough to scoop some out with the side of my finger. This stuff has the texture of a candle. I have to use a tool or the back of a comb to scrape some out of the container. I can then rub it between my palms to soften it up, but it's a PITA to use. In the dump drawer it goes.
