Laser Tax Forms - 1099-MISC (5-Part Set) Income for 25 Vendors - Park Forms

This is not really a 5-part Misc 1099 form. It comes with Part A for IRS and Copy for payer and Copy for recipient/state. It does have extra copies for recipient/state. It works for my state, which does not expect you to send them a copy. This product is good for a small business with 10 or 12 1099 recipients.

With the IRS under water as a result of the "Wall" shuttering of Government offices, ordering 1099-MISC forms (which are non-downloadable and normally mailed by the IRS to small employers like me) saved the day: The forms arrived before the filing deadline. The IRS-mailed forms arrived ten days AFTER said deadline.

If I had time, I would've returned the 1099/1096 forms. It is suppose to be 5-Part Miscellaneous 1099 Tax Forms For Laser Printers (2016) For 25 Individuals. I received 13 Copy A form, 13 Copy B form, 38 Copy C forms (which can also be used as State Copy or Copy 2). There are only enough forms to send to 13 1099 tax forms. The only reason I am not returning, today (1/31/2017) is the last day to file, and luckily for me I only have to issue 4 1099's. Lesson leaned, going forward, I will only buy my forms from my local Staples.

These were great for paying my contractors this year. Much easier than going through the IRS website

list stated there were envelopes that came with forms but there were no envelopes. Not a bargain.

These laser forms met my expectations for my clients and then some. I will purchase these 5 part forms again in the coming years
