No wall adapter came with them to recharge them.
I purchased TWO of the BRITZGO Hearing Amplifiers "Model BHA-1220" and neither of them came with a WALL ADAPTER TO RECHARGE THEM, I have Contacted the Britzgo Website on two occasions and left a message and neither have gotten a response as of writing this complaint. On page six line two of the User Manual, it says to connect the charging cable to the INCLUDED WALL ADAPTER. But the Wall adapters are not with the product.

Of all that we tried, this had the least annoying feedback
Not great by any means, but better than some others. My wife has a hearing issue and will not be able to get her "real" hearing aid for several months as we are away from our hometown. So, to get her some hearing gain, we got these and three other pairs of hearing amplifiers. When we chose this hearing amplifier, we were sure it would be the least favorite of the four we decided to compare. But, interestingly enough, it became our favorite. We didn't like the old-fashion style, but as they say in the ad, they did away with the old beige color and replaced it with a flashy blue color so that people would think you were listening to music and not wearing a hearing aid, I suppose. No matter, it is more evident than many of the others. Fortunately, my wife has long hair, which hides the receiver. The other units all had two pieces, one for each ear. My wife's hearing loss is in one ear only, and having only one receiver was fine. The earpiece allows you to use this in either ear. This receiver has a button to allow you to change and control the mode, from "general mode, to noise-canceling mode, outdoor mode, and family mode. But, we saw no difference between modes, and there was no noise canceling that we could observe, the same as with the other sets. The primary difference in usability between this and the others, aside from being easier to control when on the ear than some others, is that the white background noise was far lower with this hearing amplifier than with the others.Another difference is that this set uses a USB to pin charger, so if you lose it, you will have difficulty finding another to fit. All the other units used standard USB to USB charging cables. While this is just a temporary use item for us, I find it acceptable for long-term use, but it will not replace a good hearing aid prescribed and fitted by a doctor. What it will do, and do it a little better than the others we tried, is increase the volume of sound that goes into your ear, which may be fine for some people.Review of: Britzgo Hearing Aids for Seniors and Adults

Uncomfortable, but it works
This digital hearing device is a good amplifier, but it's not very comfortable to wear. This is not a hearing aid, so it amplifies all sounds across the board. So depending on your hearing issues, this can help you to hear better. This is more helpful for those who don't have a lot of hearing loss.

I really like this hearing aid!
I am older and have some hearing problems. I simply cannot afford an expensive set of aids. I have tried several less-expensive ones, and found that they had some big drawbacks. This hearing aid solves those problems. I have tried tiny, little inside-the-ear only aids; I lost one within a week--it fell out. It was just a little too comfortable. Also, the volume and other controls were soooo little you literally need a magnifying glass and a pencil tip to use them; that is extremely inconvenient, as you have to take it out, review where the controls are, reset it, put it back in your ear, and hope you got the readjustment correct. Also, one kind had batteries, was not rechargeable, which sounds okay until you realize that the batteries are about $13 each and only last a month with full-time use. The only way to save the battery at night or when it is not in use is to remove it, then put it back in. HOWEVER, this hearing aid is close to perfect, as far as I am concerned. I am not at all bothered by an over-the-ear aid. It will not fall out of my ear and be lost. Also, the controls are larger and easier to find while still on your ear! The sound quality is pretty darned good. Also, it is rechargeable; no batteries, just recharge at night or once a week, or whatever you need. I love it! The "set" is only ONE hearing aid, tho, which for me is enough. I really, really like this aid. It is comfortable, fits well, the sound is good, and the controls are easy to feel with fingertips while it is over your ear. If you need to take it off to readjust something, it is very easy to do. AND it is rechargeable. Don't put up with hearing loss if you can fix it. This aid is inexpensive and worth every penny, even if you end up needing two. I was not aware how much sound I was missing, and Hubby has almost stopped rolling his eyes when I say "please repeat." It is happening far less than it used to. Give this one a try. I love mine.

Can't hear voices and dialog well
We have been trying several hearing amplifiers for two grandparents, whose hearing has started to fade. Unfortunately, this device came up short in several areas. The main problem is that it could not focus on voices from people or the TV... instead it picks up all the ambient noise, regardless of the setting. And... what it does pick up lacks sound quality. One grandparent said, "I'd rather just hear nothing than this". From a build quality perspective, the housing of the device and the buttons have a very cheap feel to them. It is lighter and more comfortable than it looks in pictures, but that was the only positive.
