I swear by Nutrabio. They make some the best supplements available. I have been using them for at least a decade.The product is pharmiceutical grade caffeine in a 200mg capsule.Sources say that caffeine in amounts of 400-500 mg a day are not exceptionalI will say that this capsule does not make you buzz along. It is modulated. I use it for strength workous and I get a sustained but not stressed response. I can easily workout for 1 hour and feel fine afterward.Unless you have a specific reason you cannot absorb caffeine, check with your doctor and try it. You cognition will certainly appreciate it.

Better than hydroxycut
Clean energy. Stopped using hydroxycut after getting these. Pop two with coffee when I wake. Consistently clean energy.

Been good for years
Been doing this brand of 200mg caffeine pills for about 10 years now. Take 1-3 a day (depending on activities), and every so often skip a day of caffeine to reset.Haven't taken more than 1 per 4-5 hours, and have not felt any side effects of chest pain, sickness, or other caffeine overdose signs I've experienced with other products (eg- energy shots)
