Great to use for gift because everyone loves their pets.

Purchased two and plan to purchase more. Came in a bubble wrapped box containing shaped foam packaging material. Mugs change color rapidly and the photos are very crisp and detailed.When selecting your images and placing your text: 1) Expect the top portion of the image to be hidden unless you fill the mug to the rim. 2) The portion near the handle does not change color or have a photo. 3) It is only possible to read or see about a third of the printed field at any one time, without extra ordinary measures such as mirrors. 4) The edge of the heat boundary is 'foggy' as the temperature transitions, especially if image color and mug color are very different.From this I would suggest making three 'panels' with the top third containing nothing important, place any text on the bottom third, and choosing a mug color that compliments the image. Image editing software would have been useful to composite images and text into one file to upload.

Pictures good, pretty as is, only downside is the picture changes if you microwave the cup, just having boiling water didn’t change it wasn’t hot enough.

I got this for my dad on father's day and I used a picture of an old photo I had taken with my phone. I didn't know if it would turn out ok, as I set up and ordered, and shipped it directly to my dad sight unseen. I went to visit and he showed me, it was perfect. No worries for future orders. But it does take a bit of time for the company to prepare it so I would order extra early, about two or three weeks beforehand if it's for a specific date or holiday.

OMG! I am more than happy with this gift! 😆 It was way better quality than I expected it to be because I used a picture from my phone. I was so excited that I gave it to my boyfriend early. I was going to give it to him for his birthday Dec. 22nd..but I couldn't contain myself LOL! I will definitely be getting more of these in the future. The only thing is..I wish that I could've made it a little smaller so that when he filled it he wouldn't have to fill it so high to see him and his daughters faces..other than that I'm still in love with it and he loved it..Also, it arrived way earlier than expected & it still said it wasn't delivered yet until days later..not complaining about that though..I'm glad that it did show up earlier than expected.. :) Thank y'all so much! It's beautiful!

This was sooo much fun to give my parents. I got two different interior colors. I didn’t tel them what it was so my mom was shocked when she washed it after it arrived and it started changing. Then she filled it for the first time and was sooooo excited when she realized what was happening! I’ll be buying more of these amazing gifts!

I got this as a late Christmas gift for someone's mom. I must say I was really surprised at the picture quality on the mug.... It was very detailed and the wording came out great as well. The individual uses it every day now and does not bother with any mugs they previously had so I can safely say its their favorite mug!Would definitely buy again as a thoughtful gift for someone as any picture can be placed on the mug essentially covering any event.

I love it. Even tho its a little bit off because you can somehow see the photo when not yet heated i still like it its a 8.5/10 for me.

It's a nice mug. Colour change works great. Quality of the photo print not quite as good as expected. It's still decent, don't get me wrong but it's enough to knock it to four stars. A hair overpriced too, but just by a few bucks.
