The American Dental Association recommends at least every 3-4 months. The bristles become frayed & cleaning effectiveness decreases with wear. BEST WAY TO CARE FOR TOOTHBRUSHES? Rinse thoroughly to remove all toothpaste & debris, store upright to dry quickly (avoid contacting other brushes). Don't routinely cover the bristles, open air is more difficult for bacteria to grow. We don't recommend cleaning with mouthwash or any high heat methods. It's best to just replace every 3-4 months.

Love these toothbrushes not to soft just right!!! The entire set is a perfect addition to my bathroom since my Kleenex holder and lotion/soap holders are bamboo!!! I've been telling my friends about these because we are all trying to stop the over burdening of Mother Earth with plastics!!!

Rough Finish
Rough finish on toothbrushes and cup. Inside of cup is peeling. Not sure what it is coated with but there are dried drops on the outside. Soap dish is a nice bonus. I plan to follow up with Omzen regarding finishes.

Good Switch
Love the toothbrush and the accessories. The whole family has officially switched to bamboo, even the stubborn teenager. Looking forward to reusing them in the garden when the time comes for new ones.
