I use it mostly for music and each stem at the highest setting (4 leds on) and it illuminates the entire page of music (just slightly darker at the farthest edges of the page, not affecting the music readability), which works very well for me. It is an outstanding music stand light at this pricepoint. I'm sure there are other music lights that provide that slightest bit more coverage and brightness at the farthest edges, but from what I have researched on Amazon and else where, they cost significantly more -- easily 3-4+ times more. [To any Lumiens reps. who may read this review: I would have liked the option of buying a quality protective travel case, designed specifically for their lights, which I think most gigging musicians like me would consider as an almost guaranteed additional purchase. Please provide comment regarding this.] Lastly, it arrived very quickly and per others' comments it's not surprising, since their customer service is mentioned by other reviewers as very good as well.

This is an amazing product. I thoroughly enjoy the product. I took a star due to the fact that I am not entirely sure the battery life (only received it a mere 2 days prior to this review). I have yet to charge it. Still working on original "factory charge" and have read thus far approx. 1-1.5 Stunden. I chose the L4W(arm) as I fear the cool version would cast harsher lighting on my book therefore hurting my eyes. I must say that it works well.The Product is compact, light-weight all while offering "custom lighting effects". Where was this product when I was a wee lad!

Good light, but the cord is too short to stay plugged in if you're using it as a music stand light. Mine definitely did not come with the 78 inch cable that other people are reporting, but I did get roughly 4 foot cable. Unfortunately, it has a non-standard end on one side, so you can't replace it with a generic USB. However, try to get a head of time usually is enough to get through one rehearsal/performance.

What I ordered doesn't look like what's in this picture. Mine is a clip on book light /sheet music light for on stage performances. I bought it as a book light and it is perfect. Two bendable lights, with settings for bright and brighter. And I love that it is rechargeable. The price was awesome!

Really nice warm lighting color. Light and portable. Only downside is the brightest level is really not enough to be comfortable for a nice bright light for music reading. It's okay, better than nothing and better than harsh blue light. But it's more like a general reading light that is also usable as a music stand light.

Works great but it’s low setting is quite bright and not good for reading in low-light environments. The high setting is really bright. Otherwise works great, has a long charge, charges easy. Pretty happy, just wish the low setting was dimmer.

Pretty darn good light. I use it to read in the dark of the mornings and it's just enough light. I like the fact that it can be used on it's internal rechargeable battery or by plugging it in. It's an affordable, practical solution!

Use this in my RV as a low level light. The theater seating is in a slide with only an overhead light which is more than I like. My side is up against the wall with a window and limited space. I have a little box/shelf to hold remotes which this attaches to. Perfect amount of light for my use.
