This is our favorite baby monitor we’ve used. I like that it’s not Wi-Fi so no worrying on that front, has the night/day mode, tells the temp of the room. I was gifted this a few years ago and it broke so I bought a second one, especially since the cameras can link together. A con would be the battery life is short. The second one did start having an error that it couldn’t connect the monitor to the camera; started every now and then and then just said the error and wouldn’t connect. I reached out to customer service and they tried to tell me how to reset the system and when that didn’t work, they sent me a new system. Not sure if it’s part of a warranty or if they just have great customer service, either way they responded within a day and I was sent the new one within 2 days. Super communicative and nice, good price for a pretty reliable monitor, and easy to use.

I have had this monitor for over a year now and it works well. It was very easy to add an additional camera when we had our second baby. The parent unit stopped holding a charge so I emailed the company. They asked to to explain the issue and gave an idea to solve the problem. When that did not work, they asked for a brief video showing the problem and my order number. Once that was provided with my address and contact information. A new unit was sent to my house the very next day. I am so very pleased with this wonderful customer service. The monitor is simple and easy to use and provides good audio and visual information. I would definitely purchase again.

I don’t know where to begin with this one. I bought this monitor for travel purposes since it doesn’t need WiFi. I am so impressed not only was this product cheap but it has exceeded my expectations. The two most important things I wanted in this monitor was to be able to click one button to turn the screen on and off while still being able to listen and it not be a struggle at night and to have good enough signal to walk around. This monitor does both things. I have a very nice and expensive monitor at home that is also not on WiFi. It has been a good one as far as simplicity BUT it has been acting up when my phone is around it and just loses signal. So bad that most nights I can’t even have my phone plugged in or it will not work. Literally so silly. And my room is no more than 10 feet away from my kids room. We are directly across the hall from each other, so signal should never be an issue. It’s just an issue when the phone is near by and using the internet (streaming/ socials media or honestly all pages can be cleared and it just be plugged in and still mess it up). I digress, THIS monitor though has a quality image, good noise, good buttons that arent complicated, the sleep feature on the screen that still allows audio when off, and probably many more features I haven’t played with. Frankly, I’m thinking of just switching monitors. For travel purchases I did get a clip on mount for the pack n play and it also worked well, just search mounts that are compatible with this monitor. 10/10 recommend for a non WiFi monitor. Dont go spending money when you don’t need to, save and buy this.

I love it! And I would buy it over and over again!I had one little mishap with the signal not wanting to continue connecting but luckily I was able to reach out to customer service and was assisted by Gloria.I was first given step by step instructions on how to reconnect the signal, which worked for a while but the signal than began to fade in and out due to the antenna being broken. When i reached back out to customer service to see if I could purchase the monitor alone, I was offer a solution to completely replace and ship a whole new set.This item is a 10/10 for me, especially with customer service being so prompt and helpful with resolving the issue.I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer not only for myself but also as a gift to others.

I’ve been using the KidsNeed baby monitor, and overall, it works great for keeping an eye on my little one. The picture quality is clear, and the sound is good, so I can hear everything going on in the room.The only downside is that it sometimes has trouble connecting, especially if I move around the house. When it does connect, it’s reliable, but the occasional connection issue can be a little frustrating

I brought this monitor almost 2 years ago and one day it just stopped charging, so I brought another charger off of Amazon and it still wouldn’t charge so I reached out to the company to let them know what had happened so they could possibly help me fix the problem. They asked me a few questions had me send in a video and next thing you know they asked if they could send me another monitor free of charge ! Excellent customer service especially because I wasn’t looking for a new monitor just wanted help troubleshooting my current one, mind you this is almost 2 years later! Definitely recommend, very good monitor to keep an eye on your little ones.

The customer service is 10/10! Our camera stopped working and they quickly sent out a new one (we received it 2 days later).The price and video quality are great. It’s easy to setup& the screen is durable enough to withstand my feral toddler.

I got this for my newborn. It has been fantastic for the price. It is easy to use. The light color indicator is super helpful to see if the baby is in distress or just active sleeping. The design is sleek and simple. There is a microphone on the monitor that picks up all the noises the baby could be making. This monitor is fantastic if you are nervous about transitioning your baby to the crib. It even allows you to zoom in if needed. My only complaint is by the end of the day it needs to be on the charger, but it isn’t a huge deal. The chord is long and it’s not difficult to charge. It’s like charging your cell phone every night.
