Q: Rock tumbler required?

Good day, Thank you for your question. Rock tumbler is always handy, but usually it is used for big quantities. Amber is quite a soft stone and easy to polish, so the cheapest way to polish them is just to use a sand paper. For etc. you start from 800 grit and work down to the 3200 or even 6400. Then use cotton cloth or microfiber cloth for shine polish. Also electrical handheld polisher is nice tool for this work, but just optional way :) Br Aurimas

Good day, Thank You, for your question. These stones are not drilled, but it is quite easy to do it with dremer like tool :)

Q: Are these dirty and unclean where you could find bugs or other things inside?

The out crust is dirty. Not likely to find bugs inside. This stuff has most likely been presorted and checked for insects as amber with insects commands a high price
