I purchased these for a resident in my facility that has terrible arthritis. I need something with a large enough capacity to hold water, be light enough to pick up, and sturdy enough to withstand the washing and disinfecting of a commercial dishwasher.These mugs ticked all of those boxes! Because this mug is insulated, it requires less ice to keep beverages cold, and therefore my resident can have more fluids than ice in this mug. The large lid makes it easy for my arthritic resident to be able to take the lid on and off without assistance and lift it to drink without a struggle or causing pain. It has gone through the dishwashing process without any issues or discoloration occurring. For reference, this mug can hold a full cam of soda with ice, and a regular straw will fit in the hole without a problem.

I love these Mason Jar Tumblers. I of course with Arthritis in my hands have problems holding on to glasses with Ice in them. I saw these and found the perfect drinking tumblers complete with top and straw and the best is it also contains a handle which enables me handle them perfectly. Now the best part for me is the no sweating or wet glass that so easily slips thru my hands with the inside tumbler that keeps the wet in. They are pretty and can be used by children with no mess and safety. Will definitely purchase again.

Four plastic mugs with screw on top with hole in the middle for a straw. The straw that comes with it is standard size. A set of very long straws fits this container. It cleans well although the tops are small and easier to clean in the silver wear holder of the dishwasher. Wash straws by hand with brush in a sink of dish wash water. Hold just over 12 ounces. The screw on top makes it less likely to spill if dropped. This brand is our favorite of three different ones we have tried. Recommend.Addendum: after several weeks of use we found there is an inner chamber which fill with water and no water of getting the water out. It appears these are not dishwasher safe. Need to clean by hand to avoid this issue. Also the plastic is cheap compared to hospital style containers. I have had a lid crack and the top of one container crack when it was dropped from chair height to floor. Never happens with the hospital style containers. Reduced rating from five star to three.

I had purchased something very similar for my 98 year old Mother at a yard sale. She liked it so much as the handle is easy to grab onto. I searched for a similar item and found these. Love the various colors and the handle on these is even better than what she had.
