I have bad knees but love to work out, walk and run so I try and get a fresh pair a few times a year. I try different brands for comparison and these are at the top of my list. They were comfortable, true to size and breathed easy. They did not roll down on me like some others have and stayed firmly in place while on my elliptical. I also let my nephew try them out because he works long hours on his feet and he stated that he could tell the difference in his legs when he got home. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for some extra support. They would make a great stocking stuffer as we approach the holiday and New Year.
