The Xing Yi Quan of Master Li Gui Chang: Wu Xing & Lian Huan

Highly informative book about Xing Yi's Five Fists
Disclaimer: I am student of Tom Bisio and Valerie Ghent.Yes, you'll need a teacher to train in Xing Yi Quan (or any other martial art). That said, this is a valuable addition to anyone's internal martial art library - particularly for the photographs by Valerie Ghent that show the postures and forms clearly and directly.

clearly explained and clearly shown:detail by detail.
I like practicing everything in this book.the five element practices are photographed from different, essential angles. As a longtime Hsing yi practitioner, I have added the practices into my daily workout and I find them most rewarding.
