CytoSport Muscle Milk Snack Protein Bar, Chocolate Peanut Caramel, 45 g., pack of 12

Taste great and perfect for my needs as quick meal replacement options when I cannot cook at the moment. I have to say that mine arrived a little "melty" but a little time in the refrigerator drawer fixed that. I keep them in there anyway to keep them from melting in the pantry. It is summer and not their fault. . . I should have asked for cold shipping.

I think the size is what makes these "light". They are great to take on trips, for a quick snack. I prefer these over other protein bars because they don't use any sugar alcohols in them, and some other things I generally try to avoid. They still have some sugar in them, I'd like to see a truly lighter version of these that still do without the sugar alcohols.

The problem with all protein bars I think is that they all taste so artificial and unnatural. These are better than most - the flavor is quite good, if the texture is still a bit tough. The best ones I've found so far are these:  Special K Protein Meal Bar, Chocolate Peanut Butter, 6-Count Bars (Pack of 3) .

I'm a BIG fan of Muscle Milk powder and read-to-drink shakes. I was very disappointed in this product. The core of the bar is too firm, almost hard, and the flavor is kind of gross. I do not look forward to eating them. I wonder how I'll get through all 12.I should have stuck with my go-to bars: Vega Protein+ Snack Bars and Muscle Pharm Combat Crunch Bars. Those two get 5 stars in my book.

I order it only because it is on sale and it is cheap. Tasted medicore.

Love these protein bars. The taste is great and it's an easy, enjoyable way to get the protein I need.The only issue is the summer months, when it is hot out, the bars tend to melt a little...but if you just pop them in the fridge when you get them for a day or so, they harden back up. Some of the caramel might leak onto the package, but it's all good.

These are great if you areon the 5-6 meals a day plan. I use this as the mid morning snack I eat about 2-3 hours before lunch. It is 170 cals with 15g of protein. My only improvement would be to make it less dense. It is thick and can be tough to chew but I am not letting that stop me. I care about cals and neutrient quality.

Hi, my name is Meg and chocolate is my life (just kidding kind of). While this is not a true diet bar or use for hard-core athletes, it is far better than eating a bunch of candy bars. This is filling w/great taste so I can usually split a bar into three small servings.

Habe mir die Riegel wegen der Proteinen für zwischendurch gekauft. Der Bonus ist, sie schmecken mir wirklich sehr. Andere Riegel waren mir oft viel zu süß, die hier sind geschmacklich aber wirklich sehr gut.Leider gibt es sie derzeit hier nicht mehr zu kaufen.

Quite chocolaty and doesnt taste like a protein bar more like a normal bar but it is hardly any bigger than other bars which are just over 100 calories, this is 170 calories
