1. Well packed and product was intact. 2. This looks good and durable. Assembly of different pieces can be done easily. 3. Doesn't come with bulb. Only buld with "thread" can be used. Value for Money! Satisfied!!

So difficult to assemble. Electrician could not do that need to replace it with some simple product easy to install

Glass is very thin,,can separately buy the glass only for future? The glass cover will break anytime when we clean it, so handle properly, otherwise all unit to be replaced,,overall good product

Installation is very hard
It looks very beautiful and it is very strong but installation is a pain you should give some manual or provide some video for installation, it's very hard I had to open the driver to see which wire is v+ and v- and assembling the the parts of light itself is also difficult plz provide manual or post video for installation.
