I Got a Screw Loose
Well, this is hard since I just received these an hour ago so I have no longevity portion of my review. It didn't start out well since I removed them from the box and instantly saw a gold colored set screw lying on top of the black coiled cable, as you can see in my picture. Sure enough, the screw was missing from one of the banana end cable connectors. This doesn't freak me out because I'm a fixit kind of guy and I have readily available small screwdrivers to reinsert the screw; my only concern was, is the hole stripped from the screw or was it just never really tightened? Well, it seemed to screw in and tighten up so I am hopeful that is a permanent "repair." Next, I notice of the four banana plugs, one seems a little constricted, so the connection to the receiver seemed a little loose; I was expecting to have to expand/reform the plug a little but it DID work, did connect, without adjustment - at least for now, the initial use. So for now, I HOPE that the internal construction of the cable itself is good and that the cables will provide decades of great conductivity for the myriad of diverse music electrons that will be driven through them!BTW- Yes, I would recommend them or buy more of them for the cable itself feels of good quality and the price was fair. I just know the idea for many is that they shouldn't have to fix anything brand new.

Heavy Duty, Good Value
Heavy gauge speaker cables for connecting your head to your speak cab. I notice NO difference in sound quality as between this and the instrument cable I was using. But I purchased these on recommendation from a tech who suggested that (1) these are designed to the application, (2) they are less likely to fail due to larger gauge, and (3) my instrument cables are all pretty old and to the extent they have a time-bound useful life they might be nearing the end of that life. Also, importantly, I can't imagine why the other ones just like this that come as a single cable for about $15 could be any better than these. It's a speaker cable. All the solders look good. Heavy duty. Quick note - some other reviewers point out that something has to be tightened down. All they are talking about is that the screw on cover on the jack might shake a little loose in transit. This is not a concern! It's not an issue at all for the cable itself and not something that would be unique to this cable.

Good value, expect to replace the connectors.
Exactly as described and was delivered a day early. I always replace the ends on these cables, as the connectors that come with don't always lock in place. I would suggest the same for anyone looking at buying these cables - you're buying the cable itself and it's a great deal for the price. The wire is CCA (copper clad aluminum), so keep that in mind when calculating power delivery needs.

These are fine for "set and forget..."
These are solid enough. Unlike some others of different length I ordered at the same time as these by different manufacturers, these are maybe the best of them. No, they are not Neutrik connectors but they come with rubber boots at the connector to help reinforce the connection of the internal wiring, a definite plus. If you won't be plugging and unplugging them in and out a LOT, they should serve you well for a long time. Roadworthy???? In a pinch, yeah as spares. Yeah. But you want to spend a little more for higher grade connectors for reliability and piece of mind I would think. Also have a cable tester for those ocassions blah, blah, blah blah blah. These are okay to plug in and leave in and not undo a lot.

If you're going to be moving your speakers around a lot it might be worth paying for better quality. Personally
Solid cables. Maybe not the longest lasting connectors but well worth the price for semi permanent installations. If you're going to be moving your speakers around a lot it might be worth paying for better quality. Personally, these fit my home setup just great and are a way better deal for the money than expensive cables designed for the stresses of the road

They get the job done
I'm using these on 15 inch non powered P.A. speakers. They get the job done. The connectors seem to losen at times but a quick hand tighten fixes the issue. They are heavy 12 gauge wire and introduce no noise in my setup. For a budget cable they will do fine.

Sturdy speaker cables for a great price
Needed some long speaker cables for a studio set up. I'm using these for guitar amps (a '80 JMP and a Verellen Loucks Smoke) and I have no issues with them. Nice and thick.
