Batteries it came with were dead. But it’s worked perfectly since I changed them. My PS2 recognized it with the card and has been reading from around 5-6 feet away with no problem.

I wish i could put zero stars because what is the point of selling a controller without the part that gets plugged into the game system. This is a total rip off.
